Northern Lights Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

Participation in the Northern Lights Loyalty Program is limited to customers who are 21 years of age or older and maintain a verified customer profile.

Enrollment

Customers may enroll through approved Northern Lights channels.

Upon enrollment, participants will receive 50 bonus loyalty points.

Retroactive Points

All eligible purchases made on or after January 1, 2026 will be credited to a participant’s account once enrollment is completed and purchases are associated with the participant’s verified customer profile.

Earning Points

Participants earn loyalty points on eligible purchases.

Point earning rates are determined by loyalty tier:

Aurora

• Annual Spend: $0–999
• Earn 1 point per $1 spent

Borealis

• Annual Spend: $1,000–2,499
• Earn 1.25 points per $1 spent
• 250-point tier achievement bonus

Zenith

• Annual Spend: $2,500–4,999
• Earn 1.5 points per $1 spent
• 500-point tier achievement bonus

Northern Light

• Annual Spend: $5,000+
• Earn 1.75 points per $1 spent
• 1,000-point tier achievement bonus

Tier status is based on cumulative annual eligible purchases and is updated automatically.

Redeeming Points

Participants may redeem points as follows:

• 100 points may be redeemed for $5 in loyalty value toward a purchase of $6.00 or more (before tax).
• 250 points may be redeemed for $15 in loyalty value toward a purchase of $16.00 or more (before tax).

Additional redemption rules:

• Only one loyalty redemption may be used per calendar day.
• Loyalty redemptions may not be combined or stacked.
• Points may not be redeemed for cash.
• Points are non-transferable.
• Northern Lights reserves the right to modify redemption options, point values, or program requirements as necessary.

Program Changes

Northern Lights may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Loyalty Program at any time, subject to applicable law.

Privacy

Customer information collected through the Loyalty Program is governed by the Northern Lights Privacy Policy.
